WHAT IS JPMAP CF?

Junior People Management Association of the Philippines Cebu Federation (JPMAP CF) is an extension and junior arm of the People Management Association of the Philippines Cebu (PMAP-Cebu)

WHAT IS JPMAP CF?

We are a provincial-wide institution that is dedicated to fostering the growth of young members and providing them with the tools they need to become the future leaders and people managers

MISSION

To develop members’ professional competence in human resource management, strengthen academe–industry linkages, uphold integrity through ethical standards, and foster social responsibility toward building a humane and equitable society.

VISION

To be a center for cooperation, collaboration, and exchange of information among college students and graduates on matters relating to People Management, thereby assisting in the development of a nucleus of not just truly professional HRM practitioners but also to be an effective people manager in various fields of study
